About Me

“Compassion is the foundation of nourishment”

I’m a registered dietitian who offers virtual individualized 1:1 nutrition counseling in Oregon and Washington!

Life doesn’t always turn out the way you planned. I originally thought I would become a therapist, but my love for food and the psychology of eating pulled me in a different direction. I realized I could bring the two together, supporting both mental and physical health through the path of nutrition counseling. That decision continues to shape the way I practice today: with a deep respect for the complex relationship between food, body, and mind.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oregon State University and my Master of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from Bastyr University. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting folks with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, and help them practice intuitive eating in both outpatient and higher-level of care settings. These experiences have strengthened my passion for helping people rebuild a peaceful, trusting relationship with food and their bodies.

I believe healing your relationship with food and body is absolutely possible, and it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. In our sessions, you’ll find a space to be real, unfiltered, and supported without judgment. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. To me, this work is about more than just food; it’s about finding freedom, trust, and confidence again. Nothing is more meaningful than walking alongside someone as they rediscover what it feels like to truly feel at home in their body.

In sessions, I offer honesty, warmth, and a safe space for you to show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll explore what it means to eat with ease, to move away from shame and control, and toward self-trust and freedom. This work is part science, part heart, and part real conversation, and it’s an honor to walk alongside people as they rebuild their relationship with food and themselves.

Outside of work, I love trying new Portland restaurants, reading late into the night, and spending time with my dog, whether we’re out exploring or curled up on the couch.
